Technical Programme Manager, Croud

• Proven delivery of complex enterprise systems programmes across multiple applications and workstreams, from planning through implementation and release
• Operating at programme level across concurrent workstreams rather than single-project delivery, typically built over five or more years in implementation environments
• Experience managing systems integrators and implementation partners, holding them to delivery commitments and maintaining an independent view of progress on behalf of the customer; experience may be gained within a client organisation or an implementation partner
• Owns RAID and status reporting personally, and produces material an executive audience can act on
• Understands data architecture and system-to-system handoffs well enough to interrogate a partner's technical plan and sequencing
• Fluent in lead-to-cash as a domain, able to distinguish a technical blocker from a requirements gap that belongs with a business owner
• Comfortable joining a programme mid-flight, with open decisions and incomplete inputs, and closing them rather than waiting for direction
• Works at pace under a value creation clock: moves with incomplete information, makes the call on what is good enough, and drives to a dated decision rather than a perfect one
• Communicates with brevity and precision. Status that lands in thirty seconds, escalation that names the decision needed and by when
• Credible in front of function leads and executives, not only in delivery forums
• Comfortable holding a vendor to a schedule and escalating early

Desirable

• Croud is running a transformation expected to span approximately two years, from selection through build and into stabilisation, across CRM, CPQ, delivery and PSA, ERP and finance including planning, data and integration, and Enterprise BI
• It covers Croud and Born Social across the UK, US and MENA
• We are selecting a platform and implementation partner this year, with build beginning in early 2027
• Reporting to the Enterprise Systems Implementation Lead, this role runs technical delivery with Croud teams and the implementation partners across the Enterprise Systems workstreams
• The first phase covers vendor selection and solutioning: questions and answers, workshops, evaluation evidence and delivery planning
• From partner mobilisation, the role owns the integrated delivery plan and day-to-day cadence through configuration, integration, migration, testing and release
• It acts as the Croud counterpart to the partner project manager, maintaining an independent view of progress, dependencies and readiness
• Croud is backed by ECI Partners
• This programme runs to a value creation timetable, and the role suits someone who is energised rather than unsettled by that pace
• Own the integrated Enterprise Systems delivery plan, dependencies, RAID and open items register, and drive actions to closure across Croud teams and implementation partners
• Through vendor selection, run the question and answer process, workshop schedule and solutioning sessions, and keep evidence, scoring inputs and actions tracked
• From partner mobilisation, run technical delivery across CRM, CPQ, PSA, ERP and finance including planning, data and integration, and Enterprise BI: workstream plans, sprint planning, backlogs and release reviews
• Coordinate configuration, supported integrations, data migration and reconciliation across Croud teams and partners, ensuring dependencies, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are clear
• Coordinate technical testing and business UAT, including environments, test data, defect resolution and evidence for release readiness
• Own RAID and status reporting personally, at a standard the steering committee can act on
• Hold both the partner and Croud's own workstream owners to the plan, and escalate slippage early rather than at milestone review
• Deputise for the Enterprise Systems Implementation Lead in working sessions with function leads, vendors and partners
• Hold the quality bar on programme documentation, so material reaching the steering committee needs no rework
• Own the delivery plan and readiness evidence for release, cutover, hypercare and handover to business as usual, coordinating Croud teams and implementation partners
• Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours)
