Who you are

You have at least 3 years of SDR experience, selling B2B in SaaS/Software/Tech. Other industries will also be considered, however B2B is a must
You have proven outreach success with reliable outreach structure, objection handling techniques and the ability to set up next steps
You are highly money motivated and have a strong work ethic. You are proactive enough to maintain a busy workload
You have strong CRM organizational skills and can keep track of your leads sensibly and effectively
You can relate and communicate well with others, by email and over the phone
You are inquisitive and eager to learn. You value your professional and personal growth

What the job involves

In 2025 we have ambitious targets to reach even more companies and hence, are now looking for new Senior SDR to join our global sales team in Chicago
You'll focus purely on the US market across all territories - a senior role that is brand new at Commusoft
This is an exciting opportunity to help pave the way for Commusoft in America and expand into one of the biggest markets in the world
You’ll be responsible for cold calling and general outbound activity across different territories in order to generate sales pipeline
You'll prospect and convert your own outbound leads into quality conversations
You’ll be responsible for managing inbound leads that are generated by our Marketing team
You'll arrange online product demonstrations for our Account Executive team

Our take

Though field services companies are vital for the continued operation of just about everything, they have lagged behind other industries in having specialised solutions for managing their operations. Commusoft exists to change that, providing plumbers, electricians, builders, and trades companies of all stripes with a platform that allows businesses to plan and schedule jobs, provide costing and quotes to customers, and handle client communications from a single application.

While other companies are operating in the field, Commusoft stands out in the market with its focus on its simplicity and digital invoicing functionality which is far more flexible than that provided by competitors.

Commusoft was founded in the UK but in 2019 began its international expansion, opening an office in Chicago to grow into the North American market. Having established a strong presence in the UK its main objective is currently to grow its market share in the US, recruiting teams on both sides of the Atlantic to capture a piece of the enormous American field services sector.
