- 7+ years of product experience, ideally B2B enterprise product experience
- 2+ years of financial services or consulting experience (nice to have)
- Experience in real estate tech, fintech or complex operational systems (nice to have)
- Experience managing enterprise clients, building data and customer-centric products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity; can bring structure and focus to complex questions
- Ability to prioritize appropriately, and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated track record of using data and insights to drive business decisions
- Comfort with technical enterprise products and structured finance products
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team!
- This is an opportunity to have a big impact in a rapidly growing startup that requires Product to drive multiple facets of the GTM engine
- You will be owning one of our three core product pillars, DataOS, and launching features for one of the biggest growth levers for the company
- The ideal candidate can quickly achieve expert status, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and thrive in the dynamic environment
- Own the DataOS product roadmap, providing leverage to Engineering and effectively prioritizing work that generates the highest value for the business and aligns with company-wide initiatives
- Work closely with Engineering, Ops/Fulfillment and Client Success internal teams to onboard new clients to the DataOS platform, identifying and implementing process improvements to scale implementations
- Collaborate with Setpoint Co-Founders and VP of Product to expand TAM across asset classes and customer segments by extending core capabilities, building AI-enhanced tools for Fulfillment partners and contributing to GTM efforts that accelerate adoption
Our take
Whilst tech innovations have made applying for a loan far quicker and easier, the next step in the process - the management of the loan - is far more complex and still comparatively archaic in its organization. Originators and lenders use spreadsheets, emails and FTP folders to manage their lending relationships, rendering the process inefficient and prone to errors. Setpoint automates the debt facility management process for lenders.
Founded in 2021, the company claims 98% time saving for lenders, automating data ingestions, calculations and reporting workflows whilst its AI engine computes optimal asset allocation to max ROI. Financial liquidity is increased through access to automated access to third-party reviews and certifications, compliantly accelerating capital access. In short, Setpoint streamlines the second, more oblique stage of the lending relationship.
Focused on the property market, Setpoint’s tech could be expanded to other markets. Its focus on real estate, however, has helped it achieve several impressive funding rounds and a 6x year-over-year revenue growth.
