Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, Vero

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic financial modeling
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting
• Analytical mindset with good communication and collaboration skills
• This role requires occasional travel up to 10% of the time for activities such as out-of-town meetings, training, or outreach activities
• The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed to fulfill the core duties of the role
• This position requires the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipment
• This position requires the ability to perform fine motor tasks, such as typing or using a mouse, for extended period of time

• We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team
• This role will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, helping to provide insights into business performance
• The FP&A Analyst will work closely with team members across departments to inform financial planning and strategic decision-making
• Prepare monthly financial variance reports to forecast and budget, including P&L analysis, month-over-month trends, and written commentary on key drivers
• Assist in building and maintaining financial forecasts and support the annual budgeting process
• Analyze revenue, costs, and operational performance to identify trends and highlight key insights
• Support scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and changes
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial reports for key stakeholders
• Assist in preparing materials for internal leadership meetings and board presentations
• Work with business unit leaders to understand performance drivers and improve forecast accuracy
• Monitor capital expenditures and compare against budgeted allocations
• Support tracking of key financial and operational metrics across markets and teams
• Help maintain visibility into financial results related to strategic initiatives and growth plans
• Conduct financial analysis to support market expansions, cost evaluations, or other business initiatives
• Assist with special projects that drive business insights, process improvements, or strategic planning efforts
