Who you are
- 8+ years of business development experience where structuring and executing complex enterprise agreements with media owners was the focus
- Existing relationships within the mobile media and technology industry
- Strong level of presentation skills and public speaking
- Proven track record of collaborating with multiple team members and senior management to achieve goals
- Experience navigating complex workflows to find and sell through effective solutions
- Superior knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and point of view on the future of the space
- An optimistic approach to customer service and overall client development

- At Magnite, our Business Development team is the engine behind our global growth, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing the strategic partnerships that expand our footprint as the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform
- In the fast-evolving digital media and programmatic space, maintaining our market leadership requires relentless execution. Driving net-new business development is the lifeblood of this team. We don't just manage relationships; we aggressively hunt for new opportunities, positioning Magnite as the premier monetization partner for the world’s leading publishers, broadcasters, and CTV operators
- As a member of this high-impact team, you will be on the front lines of the programmatic ecosystem. We operate with speed, precision, and strategic agility to effectively close complex deals, lead high-stakes negotiations, and execute revenue-driving relationships that directly impact Magnite’s bottom line and long-term market dominance
- Drive Net-New Revenue: Actively prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities within the digital media landscape, consistently expanding Magnite’s market share across the mobile and in-app ecosystem and landscape
- Negotiate & Execute Complex Deals: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, masterfully navigating commercial negotiations and structuring high-value contracts that align client goals with Magnite’s Mobile GTM and commercial objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders—including Product, Engineering, Legal, Account Management, and Revenue Operations—to ensure new partnerships are structurally sound, seamlessly integrated, and set up for long-term operational success
- Serve as an External Spokesperson: Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for Magnite in the Mobile and In App marketplace. You will effectively articulate our core business offerings, unique value proposition, and technical capabilities to C-suite executives, industry partners, and at major market events

Due to the rise in mobile and smart devices in recent years, the way in which advertisement publishers must format their ads is changing. A key example of this is TV, advertisements that present immediate calls to action within a Connected TV user interface, but publishing ads in such a format is currently inaccessible to most publishers.
Magnite provides a sell-side omnichannel advertisement platform for publishers, focused on facilitating the selling of advertising on all formats including CTV, mobile, desktop, and audio. In addition to facilitating the buying and selling of omnichannel ads, the company also provides a real-time ad performance dashboard, data protection and compliance tools, and insights into buying and selling patterns.
