Contract Manager, Panorama Education

• 3+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or contract administration role
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, PPRA, COPPA) and basic procurement guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, or similar contract/task management tools
• A client-focused mindset, with a record of responding promptly and professionally

• As a Contracts Manager at Panorama, you will handle key administrative and process-driven aspects of our contract operations
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts meet deadlines, comply with regulations, protect the company, and are managed with precision and efficiency
• Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help us deliver a smooth, effective experience for both clients and internal stakeholders
• Review, negotiate, and approve client contracts submitted for review by our Revenue team
• Review, negotiate, approve, and complete NDPAs (Data Privacy Agreements) requested by our clients and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely
• CompletionAssist in educating and training our Revenue Team on contracts policies and procedures
• Review, negotiate and approve third party vendor contracts
• Assist in managing the digestion process and organization of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
• Assist the Contract Administrator with Standard Service Order requests and the completion of compliance forms
• Share ideas for enhancing the efficiency of our contract-related workflows
