Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have experience of working independently to manage multiple priorities effectively, have experience in project management within an Agile software development environment, with a strong focus on working planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to drive efficient project execution
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of project management or preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Experience of working independently to deliver Projects in a technology-driven environment
- Experience and knowledge of project methodologies
- Experience in project management tools (e.g., RUNN, MS Project, Jira, or similar)
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint)
- Experience of working on financial reporting and data gathering
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing project scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams
- Plan, execute, and deliver the successful delivery of assigned projects within scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate project roles and responsibilities
- Support project teams to define tasks required for successful milestone delivery
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and quality
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices
- Provide input and feedback on Veovo's Project Delivery processes
- Contribute to project meetings, supporting discussions on delivery and capacity planning
- Facilitate communications with the Product team to raise and track project-related issues
- Support the Head of Delivery in tracking project progress and actions using tools like Jira, Trello, and NetSuite
- Ensure adherence to project governance processes and decision-making frameworks
- Support weekly and end-of-month reporting activities
- Support operational leaders in ensuring smooth project billing processes
- Monitor and report on project budgets, forecasts, and key financial indicators
- Provide support to the sales team in responding to bids and tenders
