Who you are

2+ years of experience in sales support or operations
Proven work experience as a sales support specialist, sales support associate, or in operations support
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude

What the job involves

As an ISO Success Manager, you will be the member of The Independent Sales Organization (ISO) team responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small business owners across North America
The ISO team takes great pride in educating our merchants on the best lending options for their business
You'll manage Enova’s long tail ISOs
Provide Partner and Customer Support during the sales process by requesting the necessary documents to complete the loan application process
Manage and track sales pipelines
Input operational and underwriting cases and manage case process until completed
Provide coverage for Account Managers by managing their partners requests and opportunities
Provide Partner assistance through email, slack messaging and phone calls
Educate Partners on updates to product and process
Stay up to date with new products, features and policy launches and ensure sales process is in line with updates
Learn to be an expert in the OnDeck Operations Sales Process, including loan operations, underwriting/risk, closing and fraud

Providing customers with quick access to credit is important for fintech companies to survive in today's financial landscape of open banking, but this is made difficult by high credit rejection rates from banks. However, these decisions are generally made by human assessments of data which are limited due to the complexity of the modern financial landscape. AI-driven solutions, able to analyse vast amounts of data almost instantly to derive accurate credit risk assessments, present room for improvement in the lending industry.

Enova provides a platform called Colossus that leverages AI and machine learning-enabled analytics to provide businesses and individuals with fast, reliable, and trustworthy credit. The company achieves this by partnering with banks and sharing its data analysis solutions, helping to identify opportunities for credit when they would otherwise be missed. There is definitely a market for its product: over 13M customers have funded almost $65B through the platform to date.

Enova has grown strongly in recent years based on the rapid uptake of its product. As the macroeconomic climate remains volatile, businesses will increasingly come to rely on Enova's AI-based solutions to help them manage credit risk and navigate an increasingly complex lending environment.
