What the job involves

You will be joining a global organisation, going through a major transformation, and focusing on growth

Having effective conversations with new prospects and existing customers and generating appointments which will lead to sales of Quadient’s products and services
Building strong relationships with all salespeople to ensure the appointments are converted into sales. This will be carried out through a consultative approach and gaining a deep understanding of customer needs
Maintaining a positive and flexible attitude and deliver the required quality of appointments and exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
Prioritising the generation of appointments, in line with monthly, quarterly and annual quota expectation
Joining working groups, including marketing initiatives, to develop the strategy of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and improve current policies to constantly create further efficiency throughout the function
Being proactive and reactive to Market conditions, specifically having knowledge of competitor information
