Sales Analyst, Range Energy

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, statistics, finance, or a related field
• Experience in sales operations, data analysis, or business intelligence
• 3-5 years experience in a sales or sales support role
• Strong foundational business acumen and understanding of the sales processes, transportation market dynamics, and basic financial calculations like ROI and TCO
• Ability to effectively analyze data and present complex insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated experience in using data analysis tools like Google Suite, Excel, Powerpoint, Python,and data visualization/analysis software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, R, etc.)
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required, with approximately 10% travel

• Range Energy is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Analyst to develop tools and processes that will accelerate and optimize revenue operations for the company and lay the foundation for rapid sales growth
• The Sales Analyst will be responsible for developing materials and models that convey the value proposition of the product to customer stakeholders
• This includes refining a business case and total cost of ownership model, developing sales and marketing materials and detailed data analysis of operational performance of the Range products
• The Sales Analyst will also assist the Sales team with other aspects of the sales process, including identifying new customer leads, presenting analyses during internal and external meetings, and providing support for in-person customer tests and demos
• This role requires data analytics experience, specifically time spent assessing a fleet’s transportation network to help identify and quantify sales opportunities
• Range Energy is in the early stages of its go-to-market journey, and this role is positioned to have an outsized impact on the company’s sales strategy, and ultimately its success in the marketplace
• Own and develop financial and analytical models, sales presentations, business case and TCO calculations
• Prepare and deliver tailored audiovisual presentations and or quantitative analysis to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Range Energy products in alignment with customer needs and market trends
• Collaborate with sales team and business development leaders to understand and contribute to the end-to-end sales process
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify product development and potential commercial opportunities
• Support business development and sales team to identify potential customers and prospects in target markets. Conduct in-depth background research to establish initial contact
• Represent Range at industry tradeshows, and other in-person mass lead generation events to establish or deepen customer relationships
• Occasional travel to customer locations to support product presentations, demonstrations and pilots
• Support the sales team to deliver on aggressive sales and revenue targets
• Support maintenance of an accurate, forward-looking sales pipeline and customer database in a CRM tool (such as Pipedrive), forecasting revenue and tracking progress toward sales targets
