Role
Who you are
- We’re seeking someone who can lead with empathy, execute with precision, and inspire partnership excellence
- Proven experience in partner management, alliances, channel sales, or strategic consulting—preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology ecosystems
- Strong business acumen with a passion for partner planning, performance management, and GTM alignment
- Ability to communicate complex programs clearly and inclusively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable enabling and coaching partner leaders through structured enablement journeys and planning tools
- Familiar with ecosystem tools and platforms like partner portals, dashboards, or co-sell workflows
- Strategic thinker and collaborative doer, with a bias for action, accountability, and continuous learning
- Enthusiastic relationship-builder with the ability to earn trust, influence outcomes, and work across functions
- Travel flexibility (~20%) for strategic partner meetings, team offsites, and customer-facing engagements
- Must be local to NYC Hudson Yards office, hybrid flexible role

- Partner Practice Development – Drive joint business planning, account alignment, and industry solution growth with your partners to fuel innovation and customer value
- Strategic Planning & Investment – Guide partner goal setting, capacity models, and strategic investments to accelerate partner performance and ecosystem impact
- Ecosystem Management & Collaboration – Lead readiness assessments, roadmap sessions, cross-functional engagement, and progress tracking across ecosystem health and tiering
- Partner Governance & Performance – Create and manage execution plans, reporting dashboards, and regional/global interlocks to ensure continuous alignment and results
- Joint GTM & Innovation – Collaborate with partners to co-create go-to-market strategies around key growth areas like AI, CRM, and digital transformation
- Enablement & Capacity Building – Ensure partners have the right certifications, competencies, and co-delivery capabilities to ensure scalable, high-quality customer outcomes
- Executive Engagement – Facilitate strategic QBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive briefings to align vision and priorities across teams
- Marketing Collaboration – Partner with Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns, CxO events, and field activations that drive demand and thought leadership

ServiceNow now looks to increase its revenue threefold in upcoming years and has entered into a 5-year partnership plan with Visa, beginning with the launch of a Visa-integrated dispute resolution solution for issuers. The company is prioritising organic growth over mergers and acquisitions, with a target revenue of $15 billion, something which its Visa partnership will no doubt aid in achieving.
