What the job involves

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help lead our agile, fast-moving backend teams
In this role, you’ll design and build scalable data pipelines, architect our data infrastructure, and ensure reliable data flow across systems to support analytics, product development, and business operations
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams to define data models, optimize performance, and lay the groundwork for a modern, robust data stack
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the company’s data strategy and make foundational decisions that will scale with us
Design and build data pipelines for large-scale data processing
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to define data requirements
Manage cloud-based data infrastructure and deployment processes
Mentor other engineers and lead technical initiatives
