Who you are
- 12+ years multi-channel marketing experience. Experience accomplishing and optimizing B2B demand generation and ABM marketing programs
- 7+ years managing a team with a track record for motivating and coaching a team
- Experience creating unparalleled brand experiences and a track record for creating high quality programs
- Strategic marketer who is inquisitive and proactive with ideas and progress
- You believe in what we're doing and won't stop at anything to achieve your goals
- You engage with and value partnering with important teams including: sales, business development, client services, and the marketing organization to support our customer and promote the business forward
- Experience with marketing automation programs and CRM software (Marketo, Salesforce, Bizable, Tableau, 6Sense)
- You excel at digging into the data to understand patterns and trends
- BS/BA in marketing or similar or equivalent experience
What the job involves
- You'll lead a talented team of growth marketers across ABM, customer lifecycle, paid media, and web development
- Your mission is to partner closely with Sales leadership to build pipeline and accelerate revenue through account based programs targeting the world's largest brands
- Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you'll serve as the connective tissue across marketing teams, creating integrated, measurable programs that move the needle
- Develop a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all markets, with a focus on enterprise clients
- Build our ABM program, using data-driven insights to target high-value accounts and engage with important decision-makers
- Lead paid media programs, including search, social, and display advertising, to produce qualified leads and support pipeline growth
- Oversee lifecycle marketing efforts, developing personalized campaigns to nurture leads, grow customer engagement, and increase lifetime value
- Manage web development projects to increase organic traffic, improve user experience, and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with field marketing and partner marketing teams to create integrated marketing programs that align with our goals
- Analyze campaign performance, using data analytics to increase strategies and demonstrate Return on investment
- Lead a team of growth marketing specialists, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple channels and programs
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with company-wide goals and increase revenue

Despite competition from the likes of Twilio’s Segment, Epsilon Independent, ActionIQ, and Redpoint Global, Amperity is seen as an established player in the customer data platform market, which is worth more than $4.5 billion.
Following a $100 million funding round, while watching revenue grow 200% in mid-2021, the company hit unicorn status, proceeding to set its sights on international expansion. It has since strengthened its executive team and opened a new office in London - though, like many of its peers, the economic downturn has caused the company to undertake two rounds of layoffs within half a year. Despite this, the company remains positive as it targets new growth and partnerships in Europe.
