• Decide with frameworks: Vanta’ns are known for biasing to action and making quick decisions - but they’re also known for making those decisions thoughtfully. Vanta’ns make decisions using frameworks, applicable to Vanta as a whole, by creating a set of decision criteria, considering alternatives and impact, and clearly articulating the process behind and support for each of their decisions. Vanta’ns also document decisions in artifacts that are accessible to their colleagues, and make sure that critical decisions follow a decision-making framework.
