Role
Who you are
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills. You love words, and you know how to use them to inform, persuade and connect
- 3-5+ years of proven writing experience in B2B SaaS or a tech-related field. Experience writing for enterprise buyers is a bonus
- Strong storytelling and editorial instincts — you care about structure, tone, and flow. Most importantly, you can get inside your audience’s mind and write with empathy
- Experience managing priorities and working with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment
- Confident working independently, but collaborative, open to feedback, and always looking to improve
- Comfortable with the tools of the trade: from CMS platforms and Google docs, to using AI tools to work smarter

What the job involves
- We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Content Marketing Writer to join our Marketing dream team
- You’ll report to the Sr. Content Writer and play a key role in bringing our product to life through high-quality, short and long-form material for our fast-growing SaaS business
- From top-of-funnel content for creatives, to BOFU campaigns for enterprise buyers, you’ll help us tell a clear, compelling story — and keep everything sounding like LucidLink. We want someone who can roll up their sleeves, write with personality, and make complex ideas feel easy to understand
- Write top-notch content that informs, engages, and converts — including blogs, customer stories, web copy, landing pages, emails, and more
- Translate technical topics into clear and conversational copy and content for creatives and enterprise teams alike
- Collaborate with Product, Enterprise and Growth Marketing Managers to help bring content strategies and campaigns to life across the buying journey
- Help maintain our tone of voice across all touchpoints
- Support content operations: uploading posts, organizing the content library, and working with freelancers when needed
- Keep our content fresh and findable through SEO best practices, updates, and content hygiene
- Stay on top of industry trends to inform your content and keep audiences engaged
Our take
Remote working has become a pretty standard part of the fabric of modern-day work life. But how do you navigate remote working in professions - such as video editing - where people require computers capable of downloading huge files and softwares in order to do their job? That’s the issue LucidLink takes aim at, with its cloud-based file-sharing service.
Its platform is specifically designed to be able to share very large amounts of data over very long distances, immediately. This is what makes it suitable for cloud-based video editing services - a huge breakthrough for media and television which enables post-production to be possible remotely in a way that it fundamentally wasn’t before.
LucidLink has cornered a very clear gap in a huge market. With 2023 funding helping the company reach profitability, it already had swathes of high-profile customers. These include Netflix, MTV, Condé Nast, Spotify, JP Morgan and Vice, so it's set to make serious waves moving forward,
