- Project Management: You are adept at overseeing partnership projects from conception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Having a good understanding of Press Relations (PR) is a plus
What the job involves
- BRANDED is seeking a Brand & Partnership Manager, focusing on cultivating and maintaining relationships with the company's strategic partners
- The role involves developing plans to expand and leverage these partnerships to enhance our product portfolio and market presence in the US market
- The ideal candidate will ensure these collaborations align with our overarching goals and provide mutual benefits
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a keen awareness of cultural and consumer trends that impact our brands
- Reporting to the Marketing VP, this role requires effective management of multiple teams and projects, working closely with Creative, Social Media, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Commercial Brand teams
- This position is a temporary maternity leave cover
- Seek partnerships to grow brand awareness in the Beauty and Nutrition sectors, including collaborations with other brands, sports associations, wellness spas, influencers, social media communities, and mom groups based in the US
- Oversee existing partnerships, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and integrate new partnerships into the company's ecosystem
- Actively seek and establish new partnerships, negotiating terms that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Serve as a bridge between external partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless execution of collaborative projects
- Measure and report on the performance of brand marketing initiatives, developing insights to inform future strategies
- Continuously assess partnership effectiveness and adapt strategies to optimize outcomes
- Build and maintain reports on partnership performance to understand their impact
- Work within the Brand Marketing team, focusing on BRANDED's strategic brand portfolio
