What the job involves

  • As Interim Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales pipeline, driving lead generation, managing opportunities, and closing deals to meet revenue targets
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with prospective clients, identifying their business challenges, and positioning AND Digital’s services as the solution
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business acquisition and meet revenue targets
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
  • Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies
  • Create tailored proposals and pitch presentations based on client needs
  • Work closely with internal teams (delivery, marketing, and finance) to align sales efforts with business capabilities
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to secure profitable deals
  • Contract Type: Freelance/Interim – 3 to 6 months (with potential to extend)
