Role
Who you are
- You have previously worked within high-performing teams, and are passionate about building, owning & developing your pipeline to ensure maximum success – you’ll have set metrics to achieve within this role
- You’re ambitious, tenacious and driven by our mission to deliver results
- Strong first-hand experience and knowledge of online gaming communities and other creator-based digital entertainment channels
- A creative mindset and intuitive understanding of design
- Strong communication skills and previous success in developing client relationships
- Very well organised, and the ability to work across a variety of projects at any one time
- Happy conducting video calls and in person meetings, as well as hosting demos and conferences
- Comfortable working with a numbers focus, meeting and exceeding personal targets
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to drive outreach and sales in the Digital Entertainment sector, focusing on gaming, e-sports, YouTube, and Twitch
- This is an exciting and relatively unexplored space for us, but we see huge potential given the scale of the industry and its high demand for merchandise
- As Business Development Exec you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new partnerships, positioning Everpress as the go-to merch solution for creators and communities within the Digital Entertainment sector
- Qualifying warm & cold leads; taking them through our sales qualification process
- Onboarding customers from discovery through to completion
- Sourcing potential customers from influencers to local businesses
- Working alongside our Partnerships team to further develop and understand customer insights
- Using relevant feedback to inform and drive product development
- Working with the team to continually improve how Everpress connects with its creators

The company offers a curated emporium of original designs with the tools to manufacture, promote, sell and distribute original creations as an alternative to the wastefulness of conventional retail. For example, Everpress uses pre-order sales where it manufactures the exact amount pre-ordered on its site.
It's difficult to stand out in the fashion space as there is a lot of competition from other companies that sell direct. It will be important for Everpress to lean in to what differentiates it and turn it into a competitive advantage.
