Who you are
- Proven track record of selling together with an international team, transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives into Global Accounts from the target industries
- Quota carrying software or technology sales experience, account management and virtual team leadership experience
- You will have a point of view of industry trends and will be able to build a narrative of digital transformation within the Retail CPG space
- English fluency
- Big deal experience with complex sales cycles in complex environmment : strategic multi-country transformation project
- Strong ability to build C levels Relationships: CIO, CTO, CSO, CDO, CCO, CDO, CMO, CEO
- Strategic Thinker: ability to craft and communicate a vision

What the job involves
- We are currently looking for a Global Account Manager. Salesforce offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be empowered to sell business applications solutions and be set up for success
- You will work closely with a truly global customer and internal team and operate as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals
- You will consult with the customer on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations
- You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere
- Global responsibility for a multinational group headquartered in France
- Major global roll-out of Digital Transformation project: liaise between the Salesforce services team and senior management when required
- Account plan closely maps to and influences the customers strategic board level priorities
- Seek, identify and initiate new go to market propositions through application of industry knowledge
- Identification of business value that the customer was not previously aware of
- Engages with Decision Makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
- Successfully interacts at the C-level
- Drives significant coordination amongst groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy
- Partners with GSIs and Services to deliver the contracted business solution and technical delivery plan
- Provides mentoring relationships to more junior Account Executives and virtual team members
- Conveys leadership, authority and confidence with every interaction, no matter what form the message; presentation, orally and in writing
- Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals
- Coordinates a global team in a matrix organization
