Implementation Project Manager, MeridianLink

Desirable

• The Implementation Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of MeridianLink Consumer/Opening implementations for new and existing customers, from kickoff through UAT and go-live
• The Implementation Project Manager schedules and leads the implementation kickoff, reviews the scope of work established by Sales, and builds the project timeline
• The role evaluates project risk and holds the customer accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
• The Implementation Project Manager is the lead on the project team and reports to a Services Manager
• Implementation Analysts (IAs) are part of the project team; the Implementation Project Manager leads the project and coordinates efforts with the assigned Implementation Analyst(s)

• Schedule and lead the all major milestone meetings including Kick-Off, UAT Kick-Off and Transition to Support
• Review the scope of work established by Sales and build the corresponding project timeline
• Hold weekly status calls with customers and hold them accountable to agreed-upon timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
• Hold internal syncs across teams as necessary throughout the project
• Track and manage ticket progress in JIRA and escalate as necessary
• Manage and maintain the project timeline in Smartsheet
• Serve as the first point of escalation for issues within the project, customer-facing or internal
• Evaluate and communicate project risk to stakeholders
• Provide regular project status updates to their Services Manager
• Lead and coordinate with Implementation Analysts (IAs) as part of the project team
• Monitor internal documentation and recommend improvements
