Role
Who you are
- Experience supporting Product operations is ideal
- Experience with Product Management tooling such as Aha or Jira
- BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration, or related analytical field
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a plus
- Experience using Excel to create reporting and conduct analyses
- Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Light to moderate travel may be required
What the job involves
- This individual contributor role is part of the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team within the Product organization
- You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on critical reporting to promote transparency and efficiency across the organization
- You will report to and be mentored by the Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations
- Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance, including financial performance, product usage and adoption, and market research
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data and product ongoing product related reporting packages
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization, leading the design and implementation of these solutions
- Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness
