Role
Who you are
- You have experience working as a fullstack Customer Success Manager, ideally in a start-up/scale-up environment
- You’re a creative problem solver, with experience owning the full customer lifecycle, including effective onboarding, driving product adoption and creating champions
- You enjoy building strategic and long-term relationships with various stakeholders, including decision makers and the direct users of the platform
- You have experience acting as a strategic advisor to your customers and are confident with challenging complex customers and organisations, with the ability to influence their decisions and workflows
- You are confident working in an ambiguous environment where there are not fully developed processes and frameworks
Desirable
- Recruitment: You have an eagerness to learn about the recruitment industry, and are excited by Otta's mission to become the world's career champion
- Coaching: You should have the experience and openness to regularly support, coach and jump on calls with your peers. You will be comfortable giving and receiving feedback within your team and the wider business
What the job involves
- You will be managing a portfolio of ~50+ SMB and Large companies on our paid offering, building strong relationships with ~150+ stakeholders
- Your days will be varied and your time split between onboarding new customers and users, proactively reaching out to new and existing stakeholders and holding review calls. Your main goal will be to understand their strategic priorities and create plans to deliver on your company’s goals
- You will also be responsible for renewing contracts within your book of business, working to a set NRR target. You will be measured on upsell alongside customer health
- You’ll be spending time in multiple tools to build context and provide actionable insights to help companies improve their performance on Otta. The overall goal is to deliver value over time and grow your portfolio
- You'll contribute to our feedback loop, and work with colleagues across the business to help build the best possible product and strategy

- Skills interview with Ben (Customer Success Manager) and Lauren (45 minutes)
- Scenario based interview with Naveeth (Senior Customer Success Manager) and Nadia (Customer Success Manager) This will involve discussing a few scenarios to gain a sense of how you'd approach day-to-day commercial situations and problems (45 minutes)
- Final Values Interview with Caroline (Country Manager) (30 minutes)
