Advanced language skills in English plus fluent German

What the job involves

Workday is looking for Business Development Representatives to join our expanding Italy team here in our Dublin offices
We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with prospects for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts executive team based across EMEA to develop sales activity
This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required
In partnership with Restart in Tech Forum, we’ll provide coaching for our new hires to ensure a seamless and successful return-to-work journey into full-time, permanent positions within the Sales Development team at Workday
In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications
You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies
