Who you are
- Level / Education: Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Business School (HR major), Master’s in HRM (GIRH) or equivalent
- Experience: A first professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in HR is ideally preferred
- Sector (Bonus): Experience in a startup or scale-up, or strong interest in health / medtech

- Highly detail-oriented: A missing DPAE or a contract error is not an option — impeccable attention to detail

What the job involves
- We are looking for our next People Ops Specialist to join Implicity’s People team. The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) runs recruitment, the Office Manager manages the workplace — this person becomes the “engine room” expert who streamlines the entire employee journey: from contract signature to offboarding.
- The goal is to strengthen HR administration (compliance, payroll prep, data), ensure a top-notch onboarding experience, and contribute to People projects in a fast-growing MedTech environment
- ⚙️ People Ops & HR Administration (≈ 60%)
- Contracts & documents: Drafting and tracking contracts and amendments (SYNTEC agreement), DPAE, health insurance / supplementary coverage enrollment
- Payroll prep: Collecting and validating monthly variables (bonuses, absences, transport) with the HRBP; go-to person for payslip questions
- Compliance & legal: Keeping processes up to date (occupational health, mandatory postings, GDPR); supporting the preparation of CSE meetings
- HR Data: Maintaining the HRIS and building dashboards (headcount, gender parity, turnover) to support HRBP data-driven decisions

- Contributing to internal rituals and events so Implicity’s culture is felt at every employee touchpoint
- Contributing to and improving internal processes across the employee lifecycle

Our take
The MedTech boom has seen many innovations through the 2010s, and Implicity, a remote patient monitoring and cardiac data management company, has definitely had a clear lineage of growth since its founding in 2016.
Implicity develops software to monitor and analyze the information from pacemakers and cardiovascular devices to aid physicians and healthcare professionals through all stages of a patient’s treatment. However, maintaining growth on one product alone is hard, especially with so much MedTech competition. Implicity remedies this with its other product, a data analysis platform that uses AI and cloud technology to analyze the devices linked up to its aforementioned pacemaker and cardio health platform. Implicity leverages this data for use in patient management, clinical studies, and R&D.
Playing both fields of MedTech has diversified the draw for hospitals and companies to Implicity. It continues to update and diversify the double offering via updates to its systems with the company hoping to exemplify the continued innovation that is key to MedTech company growth.
