• Experience managing 30-90 day sales cycles with $25K–$75K ACV deals

• As a Mid-Market Account Executive focused on outbound sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth for CodeSignal’s Hire product suite
• You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting potential customers to closing deals
• This role emphasizes outbound lead generation and the ability to build relationships, uncover pain points, and provide innovative solutions
• You’ll work collaboratively with the broader sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
• Research and identify high-potential prospects within the MM space
• Execute targeted outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
• Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and move prospects through the sales funnel
• Conduct product demos and deliver tailored presentations to prospective customers
• Develop compelling proposals and value-based solutions aligned with customer needs
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their business challenges and goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with their talent acquisition strategies
• Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success
• Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging
• Work with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers for smooth transitions post-sale
• Share market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategy
