Who you are

- Demonstrated ability to self source and close net new business through outbound prospecting
- Experience managing 30-90 day sales cycles with $25K–$75K ACV deals

- Strong qualification discipline and accurate forecasting practices

What the job involves
- As a Mid-Market Account Executive focused on outbound sales, you will be responsible for driving new business growth for CodeSignal’s Hire product suite
- You’ll own the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting potential customers to closing deals
- This role emphasizes outbound lead generation and the ability to build relationships, uncover pain points, and provide innovative solutions
- You’ll work collaboratively with the broader sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Research and identify high-potential prospects within the MM space
- Execute targeted outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Conduct product demos and deliver tailored presentations to prospective customers
- Develop compelling proposals and value-based solutions aligned with customer needs
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects, understanding their business challenges and goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with their talent acquisition strategies
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer success
- Collaborate with Marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging
- Work with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers for smooth transitions post-sale
- Share market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and sales strategy
