Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is someone who excels in prospecting and consultative selling and has experience in matrix and overlay organizations
- Minimum of 5+ years of large enterprise-level software sales experience, engaging stakeholders across CTO, ML leaders and/or Data organizations
- Proven success achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic SaaS sales environment
- Has a proven background selling Data/Machine Learning solutions and selling to data/ML persona
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for JFrog’s ML solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas working within a matrixed and overlay organization
- Creative self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Enterprise MLOps Sales Specialist to surpass sales targets by promoting JFrog's MLOps Solution to enterprise accounts nationwid
- As a solution sales specialist, you will drive net new revenue within your assigned account base
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Qualify and close leads sourced by sales development, marketing, and JFrog Account Executive
- Collaborate with existing customers and conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate MLOps pipeline within the JFrog customer base
- Maintain and nurture an active MLOps pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate forecast and pipeline reports
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how JFrog’s MLOps solutions can address them
- Engage with customers to identify and progress opportunities whilst delivering subject matter expertise on Cloud (AWS, Azure, and Google) & Cloud Native ML solutions
- Evangelize the ML products portfolio to enhance awareness and demand
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with channel partners
- Lead opportunities to closure, working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Architects and ML specialists
- Partner with Account Managers and drive opportunities development and hire conversion of existing pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within JFrog (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk) to manage the entire sales cycle for JFrog’s MLOps sales
- Present regular/accurate forecasting for review
- Apply subject matter expertise in training, QBRs, enablement, and other engagement activities

Although people expect their software to be updated continually, unobtrusively and securely, in practice this isn't often the case. JFrog was founded in 2008 with a mission to change the way companies release software updates, providing an automation-first platform for collaborative DevOps.
While there are other collaborative DevOps platforms in the market, such as Docker Hub, Azure DevOps and Kubernetes, JFrog stands out with its use of REST APIs to automate the development pipeline, and its combination of DevOps and DevSecOps (development security) in a single platform. This has helped JFrog grow a client base of thousands of companies, which includes firms such as Dell, Netflix, Facebook and the majority of the Fortune 100.
JFrog has enjoyed rapid growth throughout the wider slowdown in the tech sector. It has been focusing on its security product since its acquisition of IoT security specialists Vdoo in 2021, and this has culminated in strong sales for its recently-released security product. It will continue to focus on developing its product and is on track to achieve its aim of becoming the de-facto standard for update management.
