Technical Account Manager, Collaborative Robots

• The ideal candidate brings expertise in advanced technologies such as IoT, robotics, and enterprise systems, along with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or similar roles in high-tech B2B environments
• Proven success in bridging technical and business requirements, delivering solution designs for complex enterprise systems
• Expertise in IoT/Cloud architecture, robotics, AMRs, WMS, ERP, or related technologies, with knowledge of companies like Bastian Solutions, Dematic, Flexe, or ABB
• Solid understanding of sales processes, including CRM management, proposal development, and leveraging sales tools effectively
• High technical acumen with the ability to craft and present scalable solutions for enterprise customers
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on aligning technical capabilities to customer needs and strategic objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences
