What the job involves
- Sui Foundation is looking for an Ecosystem Development Manager to be on the front lines of expanding the Sui blockchain ecosystem
- This role is all about being plugged into the Web3 space—spotting early-stage builders, networking with founders, and helping projects get off the ground on Sui
- You’ll be engaging directly with developers, sourcing new projects from across the industry, and making sure high-potential teams see Sui as the best place to build
- Whether it's at hacker houses, Discord servers, or Web3 meetups, you'll be out there making connections and bringing in the next wave of innovation
- Scout and source top builders – Identify promising teams, founders, and projects and bring them to Sui
- Live in the trenches – build strong relationships with the broader community online and in-person at events and conferences
- Support and connect – Help onboard projects, provide guidance on how to best leverage the Sui ecosystem, and introduce builders to key resources
- Bridge communities – Act as a connector between developers, investors, accelerators, and internal teams to drive ecosystem growth
- Bring fresh ideas – Work closely with the broader ecosystem team to experiment with new ways to attract and support builders
