Marketing Manager, Graphite

• Some experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally at a company with a product-led growth model or developer-focused product
• Has contributed to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Exposure to effective marketing processes and a desire to learn what makes a strong marketing organization
• Eager to roll up their sleeves and contribute as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and resourceful – able to take initiative and find solutions with limited oversight
• Organized and data-aware – tracks progress and iterates based on performance
• Takes ownership of their work and is motivated to make a measurable impact on the team and company

• We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage Graphite’s social media presence and play a key role in shaping our outward-facing messaging and brand voice
• In this role, you will work closely with marketing leadership and company founders to execute on strategic marketing initiatives that elevate Graphite’s visibility and engagement across channels
• You will also support the planning and execution of company events, including conferences and technical meetups, ensuring they reflect and reinforce our brand identity
• This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how Graphite is perceived by the broader tech community and to build alignment around a cohesive and compelling brand narrative
• Work alongside marketing leadership & founders to execute on marketing strategies
• Define and build alignment around Graphite’s outward-facing messaging and brand voice while developing and managing the company’s social media marketing strategies
• Help program manage company events such as conferences & technical meetups
• Work with design to create associated content & creative (e.g. ad creative, videos, blog posts, landing pages)
