- You've worked in a people-facing or customer service role before
- You've used a CRM to manage contacts or a pipeline (Attio, HubSpot, or similar)
- You're a strong writer who can craft outreach that doesn't read like outreach
What the job involves
- Research and reach out to community leaders across wellness, culture, creative industries, professional networking, and more
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective community partnerships
- Own early-stage community relationships from first contact through to onboarding
- Make sure new communities feel welcomed and set up for a great start on Clyx
- Spot opportunities to deepen relationships over time and improve how communities experience Clyx
- Act as the go-to guide for communities: point them to the right internal teams, support onboarding to the Clyx app, and be a sounding board for their ideas and events
- Represent Clyx at community events in person on an ad hoc basis

Our take
Many adults wish they could spend more time with their friends. But the work do so - communicating, suggesting and re-suggesting dates, and deciding what to do - can stop people going out and making memories, even though they want to. Clyx was built to combat this.
The app connects users to in-person events hosted by its 25,000+ community hosts, while also allowing them to see when and where their friends are free. In this way, people can be more connected to their friends, easily suggesting meet-ups at a time and place that is more likely to work for them - and trying new things in the process.
The app has already connected over a million people with events across six cities, showcasing the appetite for its solution. Recently, Clyx also announced it is building a B2B offering for marketers that will automate the discovery of community partners, allowing the company to monetize the infrastructure it has already built.
