Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who excels in upselling and cross-selling, leveraging existing relationships to identify new opportunities across various departments within these organisations
- This role is ideal for someone who is excited by the prospect of solving big problems with large client accounts and acting as a key team member in a high-performing group
- Experience in Sales or Account Management in either the Maritime or Logistics industry
- Business fluent in German

What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Account Manager to oversee and develop relationships with our key accounts in Central Europe, primarily focusing on Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and the Nordics
- This role will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of key accounts within the Maritime and Logistics sectors, where you’ll be working directly with Directors and Senior Managers of large enterprise organisations
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts across Central Europe, with a primary focus on Germany, to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Initiate and lead discussions with key stakeholders, including directors and senior managers, to identify business needs and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives by exploring opportunities within existing accounts, including new departments and services
- Collaborate with Account Development Representatives to leverage leads and insights from existing clients
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions
