Who you are
- 7+ years in strategic partnerships, preferably for financial products, entertainment relationship management, luxury events, or other relevant field
- Experience formulating business strategy, negotiating and structuring deals, and relationship management
- Ideally experience specifically negotiating with hotel industry and/or luxury brands

What the job involves
- As the Director of Reward Partnerships at Flex, you will spearhead the creation of strategic partnerships tailored for our premier Flex clients
- Your role involves innovative thinking, astute selling and internal corporate dynamics to unlock specialized benefits, playing a pivotal role in Flex's partnership team
- Close Deals: Go out and talk to the brands that matter and work with them to find the most useful and unique benefits for our clients
- Be Creative: Many of the benefits you will unlock will need your creativity so our product is remarkable, unique and innovative
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Growth team on private events that will delight and inspire our clients
- Be Transparent: Effectively communicate key successes, challenges, pipeline and forecasts to the team so we can all help each other and overcome any challenges
- Influence Product: Work alongside product/design teams to provide informed suggestions/feedback loop for Flex's product roadmap that improve the customer experience
Our take
Flex, formerly known as Flexbase, supplies credit and finance management tools for small and midsize business (SMBs). At the core of its offering is a credit card, with a complimentary platform that collects all finance operations into one easy-to-manage app.
Perhaps the most intriguing part of Flex's approach is the credit card itself, which comes with 0% interest for 60 days. Through this, businesses can improve their cash flow and be more free to invest in growth. Besides this, users can also issue virtual employee cards at no extra cost, and use functions such as receipt capture and free ach/wire payments.
Having steadily grown its offering over the years, Flex has now raised a significant funding round to expand its business and accelerate growth. Demand for its solutions has already moved the company to expand beyond its initial focus on the construction industry to target clients across logistics, eCommerce, real estate and other sectors. After raising $120 million in September 2023, Flex has proceeded to launch its own app - the finance super app - to streamline the finance back office for business owners.
