Who you are
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Humanities, or a related field
- Experience: Concluded min. 6 months of internship or working student experience in a customer-facing role, hospitality, (fintech) startup, or a similar service-oriented environment
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail when handling user requests
- Mindset: A proactive, "people-first" attitude and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup atmosphere
What the job involves
- Part-time role
- User Support & Engagement: Acting as the first point of contact for our community, resolving inquiries regarding their accounts and platform features
- Issue Documentation & Resolution: Collaborating with the Product and Operations teams to document recurring user issues and ensure timely technical fixes
- Market & Community Insights: Conducting research on user feedback and community trends to help improve our support resources and FAQ documentation
- Process Optimization: Improving communication workflows to ensure a high-quality experience for every user
Our take
The luxury goods market has always been a strong option for investors, but it remains inherently inaccessible due to the price tag attached to products and companies. While there is a wide range of luxury goods on the market, finding a foothold as an investor requires larger sums of capital than most have. Timeless Investments tackles the inaccessibility problem with its trading platform by allowing customers to buy shares in a larger product, such as an antique or a piece of art.
Aiming to democratise access to asset categories, the fractional share purchases run from a minimum of 50 euros on its platform. Timeless buys the asset and then deploys its value on a blockchain protocol, creating a fully traceable journey for the product for its customers.
Having tokenised over 600 collectibles, Timeless’s mixture of culture and small investments make it a strong example of democratised stock trading. With a market that’s only set to grow, especially with the financial transition of generational wealth, the company has significant growth potential.
