Who you are
- This is a high-velocity role perfect for someone with 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience who wants to master the art of the "close" in a tech-forward environment

- 1-2 Years Experience: Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or real estate is preferred
- Communication Skills: You can build rapport over the phone in seconds and are consistent with professional, punchy follow-ups
What the job involves
- Orchard is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our Central Austin team
- As the first point of contact for homeowners, you are the "face" of Orchard
- Your mission is simple: transform inbound interest into qualified appointments for our Licensed Real Estate Agents
- Drive Volume: Maintain a high level of activity, averaging 150 to 200+ outbound dials/touch points per day to warm inbound leads
- Master the Script: Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, articulate the Orchard value proposition and set appt. with an Orchard Real estate Agent
- Manage the Funnel: Utilize Salesforce and Dialpad to meticulously track leads and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks
- Collaborate: Work side-by-side with our licensed agents to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for the customer
- This is a full-time role that must be based in Austin, TX (office is in Central Austin). We are offering the following two shifts:
- Monday - Friday 12:00 pm-9:00 pm CST (in office 4 days a week M-TH)
- Saturday - Tuesday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm CST (remote Sat/Sun, in office on Mon/Tues)
