Who you are
- 5-8 years of experience at some combination of B2B start-ups, investment banking, consulting, or investing (PE / Hedge Fund / VC)
- Preference for at least some GTM or operations experience at a start-up
- Incredible work ethic / throughput, ability to learn, obsession over the details, ownership mentality, and bias for action
- A good human being with high integrity
- A passion to become a master at all things operations and / or GTM in B2B start-ups

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join our Strategy & Operations team to help us build + scale our GTM engine, work on the most important GTM, strategy and operational projects in the company, and drive our next phase of growth
- We’re in hypergrowth and need a versatile, gritty, high-slope individual who can help us maintain our 10x+ growth trajectory while building the GTM and ops engine into a machine that scales and executes with high velocity
- While this role has a very broad scope, we’ll tailor the scope to your superpowers so that you can have the highest impact and career acceleration
- Run point on the most important GTM, operational, and strategy projects at the company
- Turn the company into a well-oiled machine that can maintain 10x+ growth while scaling smoothly and effectively
- Build a world-class Strategy & Ops function—and help stand up / scale other functions as needed
- Lean into your superpowers to maximize impact and career acceleration

Moment is a modern take on fixed income infrastructure. Through a set of institutional-grade APIs, its clients can navigate the quickly evolving fixed income markets much easier, with functions including automated execution, risk management tools, and powerful analytics.
Collectively, Moment's APIs already power fixed income investing for firms representing upwards of $100 billion in assets, and it has evidently made good strides towards its goal to transform fixed income into a modern financial market. With funding secured from Andreessen Horowitz, among others, the company is ready to expand its team, operations, R&D efforts and grow its partnerships with financial institutions.
