Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision
- Strong PLG mindset and appetite to focus on business metrics rather than owning one customer problem or area
- Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences
- Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth
- Prior knowledge of B2B experience, SEO knowledge, and expertise in optimizing SEO and conversion funnels is a plus
- Previous experience in Marketing and project management positions

- Rapidly develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences
- Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth
- Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis
- Collaborate closely with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results
