We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is fluent in at least one of our core languages, both SQL and NoSQL databases and a willingness and proven ability to pick up new technologies
If you’ve played with some of the tools in our infrastructure that would be a big plus but feel free to apply if you have experience of similar environments
An aptitude for design and analysis would also be really helpful, as well as a willingness to pair with more junior colleagues to share your knowledge

What the job involves

You'll work to architect, create and maintain code to deliver new functionality for our customers and colleagues
You'll collaborate on design and UX with our product team
You will work as part of our team of engineers in Spain, UK and the USA, collaborating closely with those in the other locations. Sometimes you’ll also be asked to contribute to product, sales and client services discussions too
You will tackle tricky technical problems and help your squad to find new solutions for them
You'll help us give back to the open-source community by contributing to the tools we use, and releasing new ones, for the benefit of everybody!
You will support your squad and the wider development team through pair programming and peer review

Our take

Big businesses collect billions of customer data points including purchases, locations, page views, and phone calls - but most of this data isn't very useful on its own. On top of this, most businesses don’t have the ability to easily combine such diverse data, let alone make sense of it in real-time.

Intent HQ aims to solve this problem with it's privacy-first Customer Intelligence Platform created for Service Providers to manage their user data. Enabling 1-to-1 personalisation at scale, it empowers deep understanding of customers from data, making that data actionable and valuable.

Intent HQ's unique selling point is that it uses cutting-edge AI to fuel this understanding of customers. In fact, it has the ability to rank and quantify someone’s interests with such granularity that it knows, for example, that a person prefers a brand over another brand by a factor of 0.3.

A merger with Anagog, an edge AI customer engagement platform, will enable Intent HQ to leverage the powers of generative AI to provide even more relevant and personalised interactions.
