Who you are
- Accomplished Performer: 1+ year(s) experience as a Business Development Representative with clear, consistent monthly, quarterly quota attainment
- You know what works and have developed a style or modus operandi for getting meetings that turn to closeable pipeline
- High Achiever: Clear track record of achieving a high volume of both outbound activity levels and personalization using modern, multithreading outreach and social selling best practices
- Inherently don’t need others to track your activities to define the best course of actions to drive yields, you do it yourself and are proud of your production and “sweat equity” investment in the company
- Modern Outreach Savvy: Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and
- We can ask you to show us your best Outreach sequence and you can tell us the strategy behind the # of tasks and interplay of email, call, LN and video contacts to optimize results
- Your LN communicates well your experience with social selling in business
- You are friendly and persuasive with strong work ethic. You are able to quickly understand the customer’s requirements and objections, effortlessly making meaningful connections for future business

What the job involves
- You will be responsible for qualifying leads, initiating customer connections, and booking demos
- You will impact Bridgit’s business growth by expanding our clientele
- Identify and research potential Global General Contractors as target accounts
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate contact with key decision-makers
- Generate new leads through research and a deep understanding of customer persona and behaviour
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients
- Qualify leads via BANT and ensure alignment with the company's ideal customer profile
- Schedule meetings (S0’s) and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to sales engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within Global General Contractors
- Stay informed about industry trends and client developments to tailor communication effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Utilize Outreach to provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly meeting with AE’s weekly
- Seek feedback on lead quality and continuously improve the qualification process

The construction industry in North America is experiencing what some analysts are calling endemic widespread labor shortages. That means general contractors are under more pressure than ever to place the right people on the right projects at the right time.
Bridgit and its main product, Bench, are alleviating this pressure for construction managers. By replacing spreadsheets with a built-for-purpose software, Bridgit helps managers strategically manage their workforce with much greater efficiency and precision.
Off the back of 2023 funding, the company is expanding its product team, focusing on development that will enable its software to become a unifying layer for an organization’s data. This will provide “unprecedented visibility” for its customers' people and projects.
The company has so far won sizable clients that have both decent profits and pressing staffing problems. And most recently launched an AI assistant that is set to help further simplify construction workforce planning. Pushing the company in the right direction to continue dominating in its market.
