Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a focus on native mobile apps
- Proven ability to design and ship high-quality mobile experiences
- Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns and platform guidelines
- Experience working with Product Managers and Engineers
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong communication and collab oration skills
- Experience balancing user needs with technical constraints
- Proficiency with tools like Figma. Bonus:
- Experience in corporate communications or related domains
- Experience designing for frontline or deskless workers
- Experience with AI-powered features or tools
- Familiarity with data-informed design
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Mobile UX Designer to help shape and elevate Firstup’s mobile experience—the primary way frontline and deskless workers engage with their organizations
- This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complex, real-world environments and is passionate about crafting intuitive, high-impact mobile experiences across iOS and Android. You’ll play a critical role in both evolving existing experiences and creating new concepts that improve how users interact with communication and engagement tools on mobile
- You’ll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define user experiences, translate requirements into thoughtful designs, and ensure high-quality execution from concept through delivery. Success in this role means delivering simple, effective, and scalable mobile experiences that perform in fast-paced, real-world conditions
