Who you are
- Have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in cloud, SaaS, or channel sales
- Are naturally curious and coachable, with a passion for continuous learning
- Are energized by building genuine relationships, not just chasing quotas
- Love a fast-paced environment where you get to think strategically and act decisively
- Are fearless on the phone—cold calls, discovery calls, or celebrating a close
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
- Solid grasp of technology solutions or eagerness to learn them
- Track record of quota achievement in sales
- High EQ: You build trust through communication, reliability, and integrity

- We’re looking for a Channel Account Manager (CAM) who’s as excited about cloud transformation as we are. If you thrive on partner success, love to close deals, and want to grow your career alongside passionate pros, this is your shot
- As a CAM, you’ll advocate for our partners and guide them in solving real-world business problems using cloud technology. You’re not just making sales—you’re building long-term confidence, empowering MSPs to trust you as their go-to cloud advisor
- Every conversation is an opportunity to think bigger, align with our partner goals, and create a journey that ends in delight—for them and their end customers
- Own your pipeline from prospecting to close using Pax8’s proven 30/60/90-day methodology
- Partner with MSPs to understand their business goals and guide them toward cloud solutions in Continuity, Productivity, Security, and Infrastructure
- Run product demos that make cloud concepts click and inspire confidence in the value of the solution
- Collaborate with fellow CAMs—elevating others by sharing knowledge, mentoring new team members, and celebrating big (and small) wins
- Stay curious: stay ahead of industry trends and updates from our 140+ vendor partners
- Within 30 Days:
- You’ll understand the Pax8 sales motion, meet your partner base, and start building momentum
- Within 60 Days:
- You’ll be actively closing deals, delivering confident demos, and celebrating your first partner wins
- Within 90 Days:
- You’re driving consistent revenue, influencing CX moments that delight partners, and are seen as a go-to resource
- After 12 Months:
- You're a strategic partner-builder, mentor to new CAMs, and someone others turn to for insight, inspiration, and execution

Cloud computing facilitates access to software products without having the computer power required to use them, presenting great opportunities for enterprises to benefit from cutting-edge software. However, managing subscriptions to cloud products can be a convoluted process unique to each software product, presenting the need for a unified accessibility solution.
Pax8 provides an online marketplace for cloud-based software, allowing businesses to order, bill, manage, and provision cloud products within a single place. The marketplace contains a curated catalogue of cloud providers, a license management dashboard, demo infrastructure and tools for billing and invoicing, ultimately ensuring that users do not need to navigate outside the platform to manage their cloud software inventory.
Whilst many of the services provided by Pax8 are already included in cloud software applications, the company has made the smart move of partnering with software providers such as Bam Boom Cloud to unify all management tools into a single platform. By ensuring companies can browse, purchase, and manage cloud solutions within the marketplace, the company aims to increase accessibility and minimise complexities associated with cloud computing.
