Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B Enterprise sales
- Proven experience and an established network in sustainability and/or the carbon market are required
- Demonstrable experience in developing sales strategies, coaching teams, and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence at the executive level
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Fluency in German and English is essential
What the job involves
- Take full accountability for revenue with new and existing corporate clients across our services lines Carbon Advisory, Portfolio Services and Offtakes Sales for our goodcarbon Originals
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs deeply and provide tailored solutions
- Actively manage and grow partnership sales channels. Focus on generating a robust pipeline for outbound sales efforts, ensuring a steady flow of potential deals
- Work closely with the Marketing team to strategize and implement effective inbound marketing strategies, optimizing the lead generation and conversion processes
- Recruit, lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, setting ambitious goals and driving the team towards achieving them. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate national goals
- Build and maintain comprehensive market intelligence, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and product development
