AI Solutions Engineer, Abnormal Security

• 3–4 years of experience in technical solution development, AI/ML applications, or IT systems enablement
• A Master’s degree in Machine Learning, AI, or a related field may substitute for some experience
• Proficient in Python with experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as (LangChain, Hugging Face, Transformers, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions and delivering AI projects from ideation to production
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying AI tools through APIs, SDKs, or SaaS platforms
• Ability to assess business challenges and recommend effective AI-driven solutions
• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) and tools like (Google AI Studio, AWS Bedrock, Similar AI platforms)
• Fantastic communication and documentation skills for user training and stakeholder interaction
• Experience in collaborating with various teams, such as marketing and business operations
• Working knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance best practices in AI implementation

• Abnormal AI is seeking a well-rounded AI Solutions Engineer to join our technology team, focused on accelerating the adoption and impact of AI tools across our organization
• In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to the technical development of AI-powered tools and platforms —designing, building, and deploying solutions that transform how our teams operate
• You will be hands-on with coding, system integration, and model implementation, while also deeply involved with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption
• In this role, you’ll design and implement AI tools, workflows, and integrations that empower key business functions like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• You'll engage directly with stakeholders to assess needs and map AI capabilities to real process improvements
• Whether building custom solutions or leveraging third-party platforms, you’ll be hands-on in developing and deploying tools that drive efficiency and impact
• This includes coding, configuration, and optimizing tool usage
• You’ll collaborate across internal teams—AI/ML, IT, and data—to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant
• You’ll also support enablement efforts by creating documentation and best practices to support broader adoption
• Monitoring usage metrics and iterating based on insights will be key to your success
• Staying up to date with emerging AI platforms and evaluating their fit for the business will round out your responsibilities
