Role
Who you are
- At least 3+ years of Ads Product Management experience and/or a combination of Ads product management, with lift and incrementality related Ads measurement expertise
- Solid statistics expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across the organization and lead by influence
- Hands-on in driving execution across all aspects of product development cycle
- Passion for solving customer problems
Desirable
- PhD or Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or related field
- Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting experience
- Knowledge of ads measurement, and its underlying infrastructure and key processes
- Expertise in Advance Ads Measurement including Mutli-touch Attribution (MTA), Mixed Media Modeling (MMM), Split Testing, Conversion Lift and Incrementality
- Knowledge of Causal Inference and Randomized Control Tests (RCT) experimentation techniques such as ITT, PSA, Ghost Ads and geo experiments
- Experience in building platform solutions (e.g., experimentation or consumer data platform)
- Applied Machine Learning background
- Understanding of how signal loss and privacy changes are impacting ads measurement
What the job involves
- The Ads Measurement team’s charter at Reddit covers Signals, Identity, Attribution, Brand Safety, Advanced Measurement and 3rd party integrations
- As Reddit's Incrementality and Measurement Experimentation Platform PM you will apply your strong understanding of causal inference and experimental design techniques, as well as your passion for ads measurement, to build products that credibly demonstrate the value of Reddit Ads to advertisers
- You will work with Reddit’s current and potential advertisers across various segments, as well as with your cross functional partners, to develop a strong point of view on the core advertisers needs, and the surrounding ecosystem
- You will directly own Reddit’s Conversion Lift, Split Testing and Measurement Experimentation Platform products, and have full responsibility for both product strategy and execution
- The top level impact metric for this role is Reddit’s performance Ads revenue
- This opportunity provides a platform for high impact and personal growth and presents very unique product and technical challenges that will put you at the forefront of next generation ads measurement products
- Build and grow Reddit’s Statistical Methodology based advanced measurement products
- Define the product strategy & roadmap, and collaborate closely with other Ads product teams to build products and maximize impact
- Develop a strong understanding of ads ecosystem, including available signals and privacy rules
- Be an innovative thought leader and identify new techniques and data sources for meeting advertiser performance measurement needs
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing Science, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering and UX teams
