Senior Manager of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing, Xpansiv

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Experience managing integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels
• Hands-on experience managing and building campaigns in Linkedin Campaign Manager and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of lead progression and account progression metrics, attribution, conversion optimizationand marketing analytics
• Experience partnering closely with sales organizations
• Project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement preferred)

• Xpansiv is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Growth Marketing to build, run, and optimize the demand programs that drive qualified pipeline across our business, combining demand gen strategy with hands-on execution across key digital channels
• This role will own inbound demand generation, performance marketing, campaign execution, and funnel optimization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who pairs strategic thinking with strong operational execution — a builder-operator who runs paid media in-house before scaling it through external partners as the channel matures — and brings a deep understanding of the buyer journey
• You will be working closely with Marketing Operations, Brand/Content, Sales and Business Unit leaders and will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline, increasing conversion rates, and optimizing marketing performance across channels, primarily digital channels

• Develop and execute demand generation activations aligned to company growth objectives
• Oversee marketing-sourced and -influenced pipeline targets across multiple business lines
• Build cohesive customer journeys that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline creation
• Partner with Sales and Business Unit teams to align marketing investments to business priorities

• Lead testing and experimentation across targeting, messaging, creative, landing pages, and offers
