• B.A./B.S. in Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of professional experience, with a track record of contributing to strategic decision-making, and mentoring junior analysts
• In-depth knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices, along with advanced SQL skills for querying, updating, and managing data
• Ability to create compelling and understandable visualizations tailored for various audiences. Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred), Looker, Sigma, or similar
• Knowledgeable of relational data models and statistical principles
• Experience working with data warehousing concepts, terminology, and architecture
• Experience with Python or equivalent programming language, manipulating dataframes in Pandas or PySpark is a plus
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and more advanced formulas like XLOOKUP or Pivots
