Role
Who you are
- This role requires both a hands-on mentality, creativity and strategic thinking
- Are fluent in Dutch and comfortable (or fluent) in English
- Are currently studying master degree in the Netherlands in the fields of marketing, business, economics, sales or communications and will be enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship
- Looking for a 6-month internship starting asap
- Are looking for a part-time internship (32 hours per week)
- Understanding on Google Sheets/Excel, Pivot Tables, and Formulas
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and major social media advertising platforms
- Proactiveness in understanding App Promotion efforts
- Basic understanding or interest in marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPC, etc…)
- Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices is an advantage
What the job involves
- As our performance marketer intern, you'll be supporting on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, locations, and products towards our end-users
- You will work on various channels, and you will be part of our Growth team, existing out of performance marketing, growth marketing and business analytics
- Creating high-converting content, including ad copy, email copy, and landing pages, aligned with our marketing objectives
- Be involved in the creation, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media ad campaigns (META, TikTok, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimise ad performance
- Enthusiastic in marketing automation and process improvement
Our take
We are currently facing many challenges that derive from the scarcity of physical space in big cities, an issue that will become more prominent in the following years as cities grow both larger and more congested. One of the challenges is the scarcity of parking locations. ParkBee aims to address this problem by developing smart car parking technology that optimizes the use of current resources in order to provide travellers with access to the best place to park.
The startup leverages its network of locations, smart integrations and predictive systems in order to utilize existing underused parking locations and to direct traffic to the right place at the right time. ParkBee's software is used by the UK’s most well-known public car park operators, hotels, and private commercial office spaces. Moreover, the startup allows landlords and other private car park owners to monetize their underutilized spaces by making them available to the public. ParkBee's software is also integrated with consumer-facing car parking space booking apps like RingGo and Parkmobile.
ParkBee's business model involves splitting the revenue generated through renting each parking space with the owner and the fee it charges consumers with RingGo or Parkmobile. The Netherlands-founded startup has over 550 connected parking locations in six countries.
