Role
Who you are
- Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management
- Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box
- Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experience in risk & cyber security related product is added advantage
- Globally distributed teams in India, EU and US. Some travel may be required
What the job involves
- We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and ownership of our next generation AI & Data product portfolio.The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting the product strategy, guiding the product development teams, and ensuring the alignment of product features with strategic business goals
- This role demands a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of AI technologies, coupled with the ability to work effectively across teams to launch products that are innovative, user-centric, and commercially viable
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the AI products, aligning with overall business objectives and user needs
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, security, data) in the development and implementation of the service, ensuring high quality and meeting deadlines
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure the service adheres to industry standards and regulations
- Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product effectively
- Oversee and steer the product development process, ensuring compliance with budget, scope, and project timelines
- Responsible to lead customer conversation, pricing negotiation & Go to Market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
