Paid Media Content Creator, Mob

• If you’re excited by big ideas, high standards, and building something that genuinely helps people - Mob might be the place for you
• Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software (evidence of use)
• Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and in-platform creation tools
• You’re a natural in front of the camera - someone who brings confidence, clarity, and charisma to every piece of content
• You’ve got an instinct for storytelling and a good eye for detail, and you’re able to execute ideas quickly and creatively
• You are obsessed with unlocking the secrets of good performance, you have a focused mindset of always wanting to improve the previous week
• You take ownership of projects and you are driven by your search for quality
• You’ve got experience of promoting via social media, ideally in paid media
• 2+ years creating social-first content
• Experience presenting on-camera across multiple formats
• A portfolio or reel showing your content
• Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram content trends
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Working closely with our growth and creative teams, your work will directly power Mob’s paid media strategy and help fuel our next phase of growth
• Be the face of Mob’s paid content across key social platforms - bringing energy, personality, and relatability to branded stories
• Collaborate with the brand partnerships and video teams to plan and execute branded campaigns from start to finish
• Direct and produce video content - whether solo, with creators, or in collaboration with the wider Mob team
• Script, shoot, and present short-form and long-form content for TikTok and Reels
• Track content performance and iterate off of performing creative
