What the job involves
- This position is envisioned as a Working Student role, ideally suited for an individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Working alongside the Office Manager
- You’ll be key to ensuring the office runs smoothly while supporting initiatives that strengthen our collaborative, friendly, and positive company culture
- Communication & Requests: Support responses to inquiries sent to the general office email (office@)
- Mail & Package Handling: Assist with sending and receiving mail and packages, including delivering office equipment (e.g., monitors, laptops) to nearby courier points (approximately 200 meters away)
- Office Culture & Events: Support internal events and social activities to foster team engagement, including assisting with logistics for company gatherings
- Third-Party Vendors, Collaboration & Office Visits: Assist with facility management tasks (e.g., periodic checks, training). Collaborate with IT and Business Operations on equipment needs, coordinate onsite with cleaning services, handle related requests, and support Health & Safety inspections. Provide assistance during client visits
- Office Manager Assistance: Support weekly grocery and office supply management. Maintain kitchen areas, refill coffee machines, and ensure readiness for daily use. Help prepare welcome bags for new hires
- Meeting Support: Assist with meeting preparation, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and organizing materials

While the company can count on the experience of engaging enterprise customers for over a decade, it must continue to push forward its product to avoid being made irrelevant by the emerging crop of technologically advanced startups in the space such as SimilarWeb. Moves like expanding its AI Assistant product to run market insights, as it did in 2023, are definitely steps in the right direction.
