Who you are
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant
- A true people person, with an empathetic and friendly demeanor
- A quick learner who loves tackling challenges and streamlining processes
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Patient and persistent, with a passion for seeing tasks through to completion
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and pride in maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Clear and concise communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Basic Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to enhance operations and processes at Courier Health
- This role requires the physical ability to perform tasks that include lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance
What the job involves
- This dynamic person will work closely with leadership and staff to ensure that Courier Health scales smoothly and continues to be a fantastic place to work. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities for collaboration and growth

- Serve as the main point of contact and manage all logistics for office visitors, including but not limited to candidates, clients, and vendors
- Act as the primary point of contact for all in-office needs, creating a friendly, helpful, and professional environment for our employees
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and functionality within the office space
- Work with vendor partners to keep the office stocked with food, snacks, and office supplies
- Ensure all office equipment is maintained and operational, including troubleshooting minor tech issues and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of office policies
- Scope and plan bi-annual team offsites and other team events through partnering closely with other team members in Operations
